Welcome to Whirlwind! Below you’ll find all of our current store policies regarding processing times, shipping, returns, cancellations, and more. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days on average for production before shipping or pickup. We will notify you once your order is complete.

Shipping

• We ship via USPS, with standard shipping rates starting at $8.

• Free porch pickup is available in Aubrey, TX — just select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or lost/stolen packages.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

At Whirlwind Apparel, many of our items are made to order just for you! Because of the custom nature of these products, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-custom items may be eligible for exchanges, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll be happy to review the situation and work with you to make it right!

All clearance and final sale items are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.

Garment Care

To keep your shirt looking its best:
– Turn inside out
– Machine wash cold
– Tumble dry low or hang to dry
– Avoid ironing directly on design
