Key Instructions for Vortex Hot Peel Rolls

• Preparation: Pre-press garments for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
• Settings: Set heat press to 290°F - 320°F
• Pressure: Apply medium to firm pressure (50-60 PSI).
• Press Time: Press for 10-15 seconds.
• Peel Method (WARM): Remove the film once it is warm. A "rolling" or diagonal peel method works best.
• Final Repress: Place the garment back in the press for 5–15 seconds to increase washability and fix the finish (use a Teflon sheet).
